The DSC Steering Committee, elected by and from the DSC at its May plenary meeting, serves for one year commencing seven days after Spring commencement. The committee consists of the three co-chairs of the DSC and six at-large members.
Alissa Ackerman, Adele Kudish, Anton Masterovoy, Nancy Medina, Brenda Vollman and Danielle Wu currently serve as At Large Members of the Steering Committee of the Doctoral Students' Council.
At-Large Steering Committee Members hold office hours in Room 5495 of the Graduate Center and can be contacted by phone at x7888 or x7845.

Alissa Ackerman
Adele Kudish
Adele Kudish is a native New Yorker and a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Comparative Literature Program. Her research focuses on the influence of the European Baroque on 19th and 20th century French, Italian, and English literature. Adele currently teaches composition and literature courses at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and has also taught at Brooklyn College, Queens College, and Hunter College. She is also an at-large member of the DSC Steering Committee.
Anton Masterovoy
Anton Masterovoy is in the History PhD program. He is interested in Soviet consumer culture and practices. As the chair of the Library Committee he tries to bring the concerns of the students to the attention of the library and to resolve them.
