Meeting called to order at 4:33pm.
I. Approval of Agenda
RF motioned, GD 2nd, approved by unanimous consent.

II. New Business
GD presents changes to bylaws 2 and 5 for consideration by the committee. GD presents the rationales for these changes. CS motions to approve, RF seconds. Changes approved by unanimous consent.
CS presents changes to bylaw 19. CS presents rationale for these changes. RF motions to approve, GD seconds. Changes approved by unanimous consent.
