Bio

Nicole is a student in the Criminal Justice program, which is housed at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is a Homeland Security Research Fellow studying media coverage of terrorism, and an adjunct instructor in John Jay's Department of Sociology. Her research interests include the connections between crime policy, media, and politics, and the impact of media on politically violent behavior in the U.S.
